software: Flash MX and Audacity reference: a class I attended, and my bumbling execution of the forms ---------------------------------- I say "rough", because there's still issues with it, mainly: 1. needs optimization and some general cleanup 2. looks jerky, as it runs at only 10 fps and needs twice as many frames (I'm lazy - hand-drawn inbetweening is tiring!) Despite all that, this thing went into my portfolio for grad school as an example of a "lets see what you know about spatial movement and time-based media" submission...and I think it helped. Please let me know if you have any problems with the download/viewing speed...I think the issue has been fixed, but your computer may see things otherwise. Yes, that is super-fast for tai chi (or tai ji, if you prefer) - the purpose of the animation was to keep me from forgetting the steps, and to have fun using them as the basis for some kind of funky fresh dance moves. edit: changed the audio properties, by suggestion of ~Minamin and now the speed seems to work properly . Thanks! |

OBLIGITORY STEIN RAEP WHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT?! DDDD:
Speed seems fine, the forms and motion synchronize with the beat (for me anyway), and it looks good!
Chuck some bending in there and it will be super awesome
*dances*
Nice moves and music---I'm feelin' the flow

Great job...I love it.
